SEAKAP ENTERPRISES, Inc. was founded in 1998. Our
focus on sensually exciting accessories, body products, sexy lingerie, and many
other items have allowed us to grow into one of the leaders in the online
marketplace. Our offices and warehouse and shipping facilities are located and
based in Frederick, Maryland.
Our staff is very knowledgeable about the
products we sell, so we invite our customers to ask us any questions that they
may have.
We always treat our customers in a way we like to be treated ourselves. Our
customers are always very comfortable with their shopping experience, allowing
us to bond with our customers and serve them in the best possible way.
Maintained in our warehouse is a huge inventory
of products. Our buyers attend all the conventions to find the latest goodies,
which allow us to continuously update and add new products to our inventory.

SEAKAP Privacy Policy
Protection and proper use of your personal
information is taken very seriously. We respect your privacy and take great care
to safeguard information in our possession. We do not rent, sell or share
any of our customer information with any third party.
SEAKAP Returns & Refunds
We always take care of any problems that may
arise with your order. In cases where a customer does not want the product
because it is not what was expected, change of mind, etc, returns will be
assessed a return fee. (Shipping/handling charges are non-refundable). Returns
must be made within 30 days from date of purchase. All returns must be packed in
the original retail packaging and must be accompanied with a copy of the
original sales receipt. All returns must be authorized in advance and returned
prepaid to our returns department.
In the case of defective items, the defective
item must be returned to us within 30 days of purchase. All defective returns
must be packed in the original retail packaging and must be accompanied by a

authorized in advance and returned prepaid to our returns department. Upon
receipt of the defective item, we will promptly ship a replacement item to you.
Replacement items will be tested and/or checked prior to being shipped out.
To return an item to our company, please follow
these steps:
- Contact us at info @ seakap.com
to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number to be included
with your return.
- Indicate the specific problem(s) such as
defective, not wanted, not as ordered, etc.
- Let us know if you would like refund, credit,
or replacement.
- Include a copy of your sales receipt, circle
the item that you are returning, and write your RMA number on the sales
receipt. The item(s) that is being returned must be packed in the original
packaging with all contents intact.
- We recommend that you insure any returns to be
certain that they successfully arrive back to us. We are not responsible for
items being returned to us which are lost in transit.
- Keep your shipment receipt in case the package
is damaged or lost in transit. SEAKAP Enterprises, Inc. cannot issue credit
without confirmation of delivery to us.

We cannot refund your original shipping charges
and returns if needed must be sent prepaid. The returned merchandise will be
credited to you, or replaced promptly.

SEAKAP Shipping Policies
You will save even more on shipping by combining
multiple SEAKAP items into one order, always remember to search SEAKAP prior to
confirming your order. Orders are shipped via the U.S. Postal Service (USPS)
and/or UPS. Heavier, larger, and oversized items generally ship via UPS, and
smaller, lightweight orders generally ship via the USPS. Most items will arrive
to you within three to seven business days after receipt of your order excluding
weekends and holidays. You will be notified right away if there will be
any unexpected delays with your order.
Standard international shipping via U.S. Air Mail
generally takes only five to 10 days to arrive at your doorstep. Depending on
customs actions, it may take longer for an order to reach its destination.
Individual countries may hold up packages in their customs offices, and
international orders are subject to customs inspections and/or fees based upon
each country’s policies and regulations. SEAKAP is not responsible for these
actions or for reimbursement of any customs fees or taxes imposed. The customer
is responsible for all duties/custom’s fees/taxes imposed upon you by your
country/government.

State Sales Tax of 5% on orders/items shipped to
